Cooking and eating are among my greatest pleasures in life. I find joy blending flavors and ingredients from diverse cultures, blending the timeless with the contemporary, and enjoying the cooking process.

It gives me great pleasure to present the meals I have prepared to people and to observe them enjoying their meals.

Born in Turkey, I have called the Netherlands home for the past six years.

My aim and joy in starting this blog is to prepare Turkish dishes using ingredients that can be easily found in local markets, supermarkets.
I aim to gain a new perspective on the culinary traditions of both countries, create delightful tastes inspired by the rich recipes and ingredients of the Aegean, Mediterranean and Anatolian cuisines, and at the same time, have a lot of fun in the kitchen
