My aim and pleasure in creating this blog is to prepare dishes from different cultures with ingredients that can be easily found in local markets and supermarkets in the Netherlands.

 

I try to create delicious flavors inspired by the rich recipes and ingredients of Aegean, Mediterranean and Anatolian cuisines and at the same time have a lot of fun in the kitchen. ​

Born in Turkey, now living in the Netherlands for 6 years and still learning Dutch. I will write the recipes in English, but I will definitely add the Dutch version below each recipe. Of course, translation will help me with this. 

If you see a statement that is not written properly or explained incorrectly, please share it with me. Another goal of mine is to improve my Dutch. :)
